Section 1- Duration of stay: The tenant, by making the reservation, agrees for a fixed period and may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay.

Section 2- Conclusion of the contract: The reservation becomes effective once the tenant has sent the full amount to the owner. 

Section 3- Absence of withdrawal: For reservations made by mail, telephone or internet, the tenant does not benefit from the withdrawal period, in accordance with article L121-21-8 of the consumer code relating in particular to the services of accommodation services provided on a specific date or at a specified frequency.

Item 4- Cancellation by the tenant:


a) In case of cancellation, the tenant has up to 2 weeks before the scheduled date, to inform the Clos Mentine. Any cancellation must be notified by email to Clos Mentine. The full amount will be refunded to you. If the cancellation is made less than 2 weeks before the scheduled date, Clos Mentine will keep the full amount.

b) If the stay is shortened, the rental price remains acquired at Clos Mentine. No refund will be made.

Section 5- Cancellation by the owner: Le Clos Mentine must pay the tenant all the sums paid.

Section 6- Arrival: The tenant must arrive on the day specified and at the time mentioned on the reservation. In the event of late or deferred arrival, the tenant must inform Clos Mentine.

Section 7- Use of the premises: The tenant must ensure the peaceful nature of the rental and make use of it in accordance with the destination of the premises.

Section 8– Reception of animals: The tenant must inform Clos Mentine in advance of the presence of animals. The Clos Mentine will reserve the right to accept, or not, the presence of the animal because the two cats present on the ground do not appreciate sharing their space. 

Section 9- Insurance: The tenant is responsible for all damages arising from his fault.
